It's amazing how the human body works. It's very common for you to hear people say I went out of control. Have you heard the word hormones before? Then you will understand why people at times can't control themselves.

 But is this an excuse? Maybe say to sexually harassing somebody, no chance. Our body makeup has given us the mind and brain as superiors to these hormones.

 Man is a very interesting species, for those who have self-control when it comes to sex, you have to give them a bonus because it shows how they have trained themselves to not be slaves to their bodies.

When Edward Snowden leaked secrets of the CIA's spy activity, we all saw again how politically minded people were being tracked to uncover their sexual activities to use it as some form of leverage on them during political negotiations because those victims of sexual activity will want to avoid a sex scandal involving them. It's said Bill Clinton left office with a looming sex scandal and just recently we know of the US Olympic doctor Nassar and the sexual harassment.

I recently watched an American movie series called Mary Jane. There is one episode in which Mary J had to go visit her ex, but because she didn't want to have sex with him or be able to resist the situation, her friend advised her to masturbate before going which she did and it worked. This masturbation act which I see is the same thing as the advent of sex robots. So we humans now use objects to satisfy our sexual pleasures? Even though some may argue that it works but have we arrive at this stage?

Man is indeed at war with his body. No doubt a religion like Christianity tells its followers that their bodies cause them to sin often. But the message I am passing across is that we can and should train our bodies to be controllable.

 Self-control is an assignment for every human, never dive into the water and realize you can't swim.
